Mulch and bags of it!

Nothing like seeing bag after bag of mulch thrown everywhere across the Village on Friday. Was this really necessary? Couldn't the landscapers place the mulch on Thursday and then mulch on Friday?

Do you think some mulch just walked off over the weekend? What a great opportunity to get some free landscaping supplies!

It just makes me laugh that the "beauty" of the Village is always stressed but noone really cared that mass bags of mulch were strewn everywhere for the entire weekend. Hope noone was trying to sell their condo this weekend.

It's a real let down when they sprinkle here and forget there. While they move on to the next area. It is sad that eight guys work so little.

The landscape contract is up after this year. If anyone has any recommendations or changes they would like to see they should let the grounds committee or board know about it.

You're right, I didn't really care. Not a big deal.

I didn't even notice the bags. Not a big deal to me and not detracting. It looks like Spring is here.

How could you not notice the bags? Were you not here this weekend? There were literally bags every 5 to 10 feet. Give me a break.

You may not have seen the bags because they were not placed throughout the whole Village at one time. In other words, they appeared to be working in sections. So some sections had the bags placed out, but not all sections at the same time.

Exactly. Thank you. Section work actually makes sense.

Right, in my section, the bags were dispersed at around 8:30, when I was out walking my dog. By noon, when I came home again, the mulch had been dispersed. I agree with previous posters who say it really wasn't a big deal.

I actully liked seeing the bags around; it was a real sign of spring and made me think about the types of plants I want to plan this year. I didn't mind it at all; showed they were planning.
