This question was posted a few days ago. For those that would like be on the Arlington Village E-Blast you can either call the office at 703-920-1000 or you can e-mail them at avcondo@aol.com .
This E-Blast system tells Villagers about security problems, Village notices, basically anything that can make an impact on residents. There isn't much traffic from it...so don't worry about it filling your inbox with useless information.

Jan Kennemer is running for one of the Board of Directors seats. She owns 3 units, but it is my understanding she does NOT live in the Village.
Shouldn't board members reside in the Village to be qualified to run for these positions? How are you able to keep the pulse of the community when you live somewhere else?
When I cast my vote on Tuesday in the national election, I expect state candidates to live in the state of Virginia, NOT Maine or Kentucky.
When you represent the Village you should live in the Village.
