Why didn't they deliver the Crier at the same time they delivered the pool passes?
Not the same group...
A different set of employees are used to distribute different materials? We have that many employees?
Left hand, meet right hand.
Not sufficient notice (to avoid a late fee) considering a lot of AVers travel for work or pleasure.
Not sure why we even have passes since the life guards never check/never collect money for "guests" (or all the non-residents who crash our pool).
I think there's always been a "late fee" for the pool passes, but never has there been a turnaround time of--what, a week?
