I've heard between 1500 and 2000 from Greenfield. Which is before the 700 you pay for the washer & dryer.
Will you ever recoup the expense? Likely not. I'm happy however to not have to trek my laundry to another courtyard and waste my day waiting for my laundry.
I heard $5,000 from Michael and sons. Ridiculous
We have a stackable in what used to be the linen closet upstairs between the bedrooms.
I haven't a clue how much it cost, it was already done when we bought the unit.
Mine is downstairs in the living room's coat closet. It fit's well though the waterheater is behind the washer and dryer so I dont have access to it unless i remove the washer and dryer.
I thought phu chung was the only company that did this! Everyone I know had him do it.
Ours was installed by prior owner in downstairs coat closet...closet was then expanded to make room for coats!
